Bookings are not considered confirmed until the fee has been paid. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If the booking becomes unavailable before payment is processed, you will be offered an alternative date and/or time. Should you be unable to agree on a new schedule, a full refund will be issued.

In the event that House Of Heaven is unable to honour an agreed session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, an alternative date and/or time will be proposed. If a new arrangement cannot be made, you will receive a full refund.

f you cancel your session less than 15 days before it starts, you will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations made 16 to 29 days in advance, you will be eligible for an 80% refund. This policy exists to account for House Of Heaven's date-holding fee. If you cancel 30 days or more ahead of time, you will receive a full refund.

If session is held at a dungeon: as per the venue's terms and conditions, a minimum of 10 days' notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting the booking fee. Should you provide less than 10 days' notice, you will be responsible for covering the venue's booking fee.

If you arrive late for a session, it will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.

If you miss the session, it will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

If you provide less than 48 hours' notice and we can’t agree a rescheduled appointment, the session will be forfeited without the possibility of a refund. Note that rescheduling on short notice is allowed only once. Typically, we cannot accommodate requests for rescheduled appointments that exceed one calendar month.
